PHASE I- Laying a Foundation

Established in 2003, by Milton  Manzueta, VMO, Inc. was founded out of a desire to operate an organization that responds to the needs of youth in general, and at-risk youth, in particular. Over the years, having fulfilled various roles working with youth, Mr. Milton developed a passion to help at-risk youth who are most in need.  He believes, if channeled in the right direction, and provided with the appropriate support system, at-risk youth can use their skills and talents to  particiapte in healing and restoring their lives and improving their surrounding communities.
VMO began  as an extension of Milton's vocation to SERVE others. The team of visionaries, along with the VMO board, and community supporters , embraced the first phase of VMO’s unique mission- to mentor young people, by exposing them to the best opportunities, facilities and resources they have available, and help them acknowledge the value of making better life choices.

Milton dedicated his home,  as the headquarters for VMO
operations. His
sacrificed earnings, time and savings to
transform and renovate the home to make it conducive for the
ministry. Although he experienced many financial  setbacks
and hardships throughout the process, his efforts were often
affirmed through the love and support of various family, friends
and organizations who made donations from time to time.
Donations ranged from  pots and pans and checks in the mail
to erecting a new roof on the facility and supplying the materials
needed for new flooring throughout the home.
